NEPEAN Longwall Head Office and Workshop – Mackay, Queensland.
The NEPEAN Longwall Workshop in Mackay is purpose-built for heavy fabrication work with outstanding crane capacity and the capability to handle the largest shearers, AFC drive frames and longwall roof supports.

NSW Longwall Service Centre
Established in 2001 and expanded into a specialised longwall facility, the NEPEAN Longwall Rutherford facility provides our customers with a one-stop-shop for longwall overhauls with blasting, painting, fabrication and assembly all taking place on this site. The site has an excellent laydown area and efficient truck loading and unloading facility where loads can be routed directly through the workshop.
On many occasions, the workshop has had two AFC/BSL mini-builds at the same time and there is sufficient floor space to undertake multiple projects.
