NEPEAN Longwall supplies longwall powered roof supports to Australia in close cooperation with leading Chinese powered roof support designer and manufacturer BMJ. Under NEPEAN Longwall’s guidance over the past eight years, BMJ has designed, type tested and manufactured powered roof support structures and hydraulic cylinders for Australian longwall mines. In the last 12 months, BMJ have supplied 389 purpose designed powered roof supports to Australian longwall mines.

NEPEAN Longwall has developed in conjunction with BMJ, systems and processes to ensure BMJ’s products are designed for Australian mining conditions and tested and manufactured to accepted Australian and International standards. NEPEAN Longwall employs its own permanent Chinese employees with expertise in Quality, Manufacturing and Project Management, who are embedded full time at BMJ for the duration of every roof support supply project.
